Blissful Counseling & Consulting provides behavioral health consulting services aimed at assisting entities with improving staff knowledge of relevant behavioral health issues and identifyng more efficient ways of providing behavioral health services to populations served.  

• Staff education regarding general mental/behavioral health issues
